The Ukrainian capital, Kyiv, echoed on Sunday morning with explosions, and in other places in Ukraine, for example Odesa and Lviv, the missiles also rained down. It was yet another massive Russian attack on Ukraine in the war, which over the next week has lasted more than 1,000 days.
Dozens of Russian missiles and drones attacked critical infrastructure in the form of heat, water and power supplies, plus rail hubs. And left a trail of death and destruction in its wake.
