The school principal is suspected of beating a student: V. Mitalas promises solutions

The man allegedly hit the child several times on the head.

No further information about the incident has been released, but the police have started an investigation into the cause of physical pain or slight health disturbance to a minor.

Currently, law enforcement is trying to find out the exact circumstances of the incident.

The vice mayor promises solutions

Vice Mayor of Vilnius Vytautas Mitalas 15min claimed that he does not know more of the circumstances than mentioned publicly, but intends to talk with the law enforcement and make relevant decisions on Friday.

“For now, I don’t know more than the publicly mentioned facts. I know the police have opened an investigation. “We will make decisions in the municipality regarding some actions at the school tomorrow after talking with the officials who are investigating this issue, because we were unable to reach them today,” said the “freelancer”.

“I think we will do that tomorrow and then we will make decisions accordingly that the municipality can make in the context of the ongoing investigation,” he added.

The vice mayor said he knows which school the incident took place in, but did not reveal its name.

“I think that tomorrow, together with all those actions, I will be able to comment on everything,” V. Mitalas assured, adding that he had no information that suspicions had already been filed against the school director.

One of the heads of the municipality also claimed that he had not spoken to the school director, but the representatives of the municipality had already spoken to him.

“Having evaluated everything, I think that in the near future we will make the decisions that the municipality can make,” emphasized V. Mitalas.
