Xiaomi successfully launched its last year the first clam and surprisingly it didn’t just remain a Chinese exclusive. The Mix Flip puzzle also visited us in the Czech Republic, and as we informed you in December, now is looking for its first successor. According to new reports, he will bring a fantastic improvement that absolutely everyone will appreciate.

The Xiaomi Mix Flip 2, as the phone is likely to be called, will reportedly bring a battery with a capacity that exceeds many of today’s smartphones. In a post on X, leaker Kartikey Singh said that the manufacturer will equip its next clamshell with a battery with with a capacity of around 5600–5700 mAh. Even so, it should be lighter and thinner than the first generation.

Significantly increasing the battery capacity of smartphones seems to be one of the trends for this year. The new Honor Magic7 Lite, for example, uses silicon-carbon technology and boasts a 6,600mAh capacity. The second thing is that the rest of its equipment lags behind the competition…

However, this is not how the Xiaomi Mix Flip 2 should turn out. According to earlier findings of the popular insider Digital Chat Station will receive IPX8 certificationsupport for wireless charging and chipset Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elitewith which it will offer not only higher overall performance, but also better efficiency. We are curious to see what other improvements Xiaomi will prepare.

Xiaomi Mix Flip 2 is scheduled to be released sometime in the first half of this year. We are aware that this is a fairly broad area, but unfortunately we do not yet know a closer term. Whether the presentation itself takes place anytime between January and June, the phone will arrive earlier than its predecessor, which debuted in July.
