The second educational module of the “Time of Heroes” program will be devoted to some basic principles of forming the country’s economy and budget in modern conditions. In addition, participants will learn how projects are financed to accomplish government tasks, as well as how competent and effective communications between state and municipal employees are built.
“I was looking forward to the start of the second module of the Program. The unique amount of knowledge and authoritative speakers who share this knowledge with us – such experience cannot be obtained anywhere else. Today is only the first educational day, but I am sure that ahead of us all lies an informative, deep and extensive training program, as a result of which we will gain knowledge that will definitely be useful to us later in the performance of our official duties,” said the Hero of Russia and program participant “Time of Heroes” Yuri Abaev.
On the first day, the rector of the Presidential Academy Alexey Komissarov and the General Director of the National ESG Alliance Andrei Sharonov spoke to the program participants.
“A leader cannot solve the problems facing him without relying on his communication skills and social intelligence. An attitude towards dialogue, empathy and attention to the interlocutor, a sense of the moment and interaction with subordinates are no less important for success than mastery of the material. Therefore, in the diagnostic material developed by the Academy’s experts, we make sure to measure these characteristics in order to help managers master this important tool during the training process,” Komissarov emphasized.
Let us remind you that “Time of Heroes” is a development program for SVO participants, implemented on behalf of the President of the Russian Federation at the Higher School of State University of the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration on the basis of the Senezh Management Workshop. As part of the program, highly qualified and competent managers are trained from among current and former military personnel for subsequent work in state and municipal authorities and state-owned companies.
