“The Secret Lives of Animals” – Apple announces a new nature series with Apple TV+

We can currently find quite a lot of different nature series in the Apple TV+ catalog. Now it has been announced that another such production, titled “The Secret Lives of Animals”, will debut there next month.

“The Secret Lives of Animals” will be a nature documentary series about surprising, rarely observed animal behavior. The first season will consist of ten episodes presenting the habits of 77 species of animals from 24 countries. The narrator will be Hugh Bonneville – a British actor best known for all from the series “Downton Abbey”, who also previously appeared in another production from Apple TV+ – the series “The Fancy Cases of Dick Turpin”.

The series “The Secret Lives of Animals” will be another result of Apple’s cooperation with BBC Studios Natural History Unit, which previously produced the series “Prehistoric Planet” and the film “The Year that Changed the World” for Apple TV+. Its premiere is scheduled for December 18, 2024 . Apple will probably release all ten episodes at once on that day.
