This weekend, fans ofArcane have discovered the last three episodes of the Netflix series set in the universe of League of Legends. Riot Games is already thinking about the post-Arcane

Naturally, with such success, Riot Games intends to continue exploring the universe of League of Legends and announced a few weeks ago that spin-offs were in the works.

On Sunday November 24, 2024, the co-creator of the series ArcaneChristian Linke, gave an interview to the Necrit94 stream on his Twitch channel. The showrunner gave further details on the three planned series. We thus discover that the next works will abandon the city of Piltover to take place in other regions of Runeterra, namely: Noxus, Ionia and Demacia. These series could be directly linked to Arcanesince Mel Medara goes to Noxus at the end of season 2.

For now, we still don’t know the titles, the release windows and even the name of the studio(s) responsible for the animation. (Even if we hope that they will be entrusted to the Fortiche studio, which has shown that it is capable of taking on such a project.) However, it could well be that Riot Games will weave a gigantic shared television universe, able to compete with the enormous machine launched by Warner Bros. with the series Game of Throneswhich already has two spin-offs on HBO with House of the Dragon and the upcoming series A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms.
