In the statement on the GIB’s website, it was stated that those who had a taxpayer record as of the date of the earthquake in the provinces affected by the disaster were accepted as being in a state of force majeure.
It was stated in the statement that the deadline for submitting declarations and notifications has been postponed from this date until the force majeure ends, and that “It has been deemed appropriate to extend the force majeure until the end of Saturday, November 30, 2024 for taxpayers in Adıyaman, Hatay, Kahramanmaraş and Malatya, and in the İslahiye and Nurdağı districts of Gaziantep.”
