The Supreme Court rejects Trump’s request to suspend the pronouncement of his sentence
The Supreme Court of the United States rejected on Thursday, Donald Trump’s appeal against the pronouncement of his sentence, this Friday, in New York, reports AFP.
This will therefore take place, as planned, ten days before the politician’s return to the White House.
Donald Trump was found guilty on May 30 in the case related to his hidden payments to adult film actress Stormy Daniels. With a majority of five votes to four, the Court considered that Donald Trump could still appeal against his conviction before the courts in the state of New York.
