The suspension of Russian gas deliveries will cost Europe 120 billion euros

– This decision by Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky will cost the EU around 50 billion euros in gas, and another 70 billion in electricity produced from gas, Fico said in a video message published on social networks, RIA Novosti reported.

He added that Europe will thus pay an incredible 120 billion euros due to the suspension of deliveries of Russian gas through Ukraine, and then further through Slovakia to other European countries.

According to him, this will lead to a jump in gas prices in Europe, which will further weaken the European economy.
