The TC rejects the PP’s challenge against Conde-Pumpido for the amnesty

The Plenary Session of the Constitutional Court (TC) has agreed by a majority of seven votes in favor inadmiss the recusal of the Popular Party against President Cándido Conde-Pumpido. The majority has determined in this way that the president of the guarantee court participates in the deliberation of the unconstitutionality appeal of the Popular Party and, therefore, of the others filed by a dozen communities.

As Vozpópuli advanced, the TC included in the plenary session of this October 8 the challenge raised by fifty PP deputies against the president of the guarantee court.
