The tender for the continuation of the works in Patriarch Pavle Boulevard has been suspended due to requests for the protection of rights

Due to the request for the protection of rights, the tender for the continuation of the works on Patriarch Pavle Boulevard in Belgrade, which was signed at the end of June, was suspended. The value of the tender is around 20.5 million euros, and the original deadline for submitting bids, July 30, has been postponed several times due to changes and the need for additional information.

In August, the first request for the protection of rights was submitted, but in October that request was rejected and the procedure continued, writes eKapija. However, on the very next day, a new request for the protection of rights was submitted, which resulted in the stopping of further activities in the public procurement procedure by the ordering party.

Previous tender for the execution of works on this section between Most na Ada and Košutnjak it was awarded to a consortium of companies gathered around the company Ras inženjering, but the contract was later terminated because the contractor did not agree to continue the work due to a large increase in the price of construction materials, eKapija portal reminds.
