The first trailer for Arto Halonen’s new movie Jälkemme vedepaisumus has been released today.

“How would you live your life if you were given another chance?” The filming of the film After the Flood begins.

“Genius young physicist Henrik and his fellow students are developing a fusion reactor that produces endless clean energy, which could save the earth from an environmental disaster. However, the reactor is harnessed for commercial use, which has devastating consequences for the planet and society. In 2064, the world is ravaged by climate change. The UN succeeds in developing a form of time travel that can restore a person’s memories and personality to the moment of birth. Henrik is sent back to the past, in an effort to prevent the catastrophe from escalating before it is too late. However, something goes wrong, and Henrik has to start his mission from quite different starting points than he is used to. The race against time and yourself begins.”

Elias Westerberg, Linnea Leino, Tuomas Nilsson, Petteri Summanen, Antti Reini, Kasperi Kola, Pihla Penttinen, Jari Salmi, Tobias Zilliacus, Jemina Sillanpää, Robert Enckell, Hannu-Pekka Björkman will be seen in the key roles of the movie After the Flood, which premieres on December 5 and Paavo Westerberg.
