In a video published on TikTok, the American dietitian-nutritionist Nichole Andrews (who specializes in oncology) shines the spotlight on two foods that you absolutely must stop consuming to protect yourself against cancer:alcohol and the ultra-processed meats. “These are the only two foods that you should really avoid at all costs. Sugar, fat, soda… are not as harmful!” she believes.

In the category “ultra-processed meats“, we find in particular kebabs, tacos, nuggets, hot dogs, pizzas… industrial, but also canned meats, cold meats (particularly when they are industrial: bacon, sausages. ..) or dishes prepared with meat (lasagna or ready-made shepherd’s pie, for example).
