For most, it will be a gray Friday, which will probably also be quite wet here and there.
That’s what Mette Wagner says, who is a meteorologist on duty at Denmark’s Meteorological Institute (DMI).
The people of Bornholm – and those holidaying on the island – can, however, come out and enjoy the sunny weather until Friday afternoon, when it will also be more cloudy and rainy on Bornholm.
In Jutland, Friday may offer heavy rainfall with thunder, but it is not expected that there will be cloudbursts.
– If there is thunder, then it quickly moves on to the north-east. And so do the furious showers, says Mette Wagner.
The temperatures are between 17 and 21 degrees – warmest in South Zealand and on Lolland-Falster.
During the weekend, a ridge of high pressure will move across the north-east, which will stabilize the weather.
– Saturday will be cloudy during the morning, but eventually we will see the sun. However, the day will also offer a few showers, says Mette Wagner.
Temperatures will again be between 17 and 21 degrees on Saturday, and the wind will be up to fresh in places in North Jutland. The rest of the country gets weak to steady winds.
On the night of Sunday, it will be possible to look at the stars with dry and partly clear weather.
Sunday begins with partly sunny and partly cloudy. If you are on your way home from a camping holiday, you can look forward to a dry and sunny evening when you can get your things packed.
– It will be a Sunday when you have a good opportunity to pack your tent down relatively dry, says Mette Wagner.
Sunday offers the same temperatures as Friday and Saturday.
