The “Yanginides” live at the Arch Club

The special “Yanginides” are preparing their big winter celebration in Athens with an explosive live at the Arch Live Club in Gazi, on Saturday November 23! The “Yanginides” are ready to stir us up through favorite rebetikas and classic folk songs played with their youthful drive and their unique way!

Their guests are the beloved Alexandros Ktistakis, the up-and-comers Otra Rota and many surprises!

The young “Yanginides” who – characterized as a rebetiko – popular traditional form, have threshed the streets of Greek cities and islands causing “chaos” on social media, with hundreds of thousands of views, gaining a fanatical audience throughout Greece. They were created in 2019 by two young musicians, Spyros Zisi and Panagiotis Siklafidis, who decided to share their love for rebetika music by playing music in the streets of Thessaloniki.

The “Yanginides”, in addition to the classic folk and rebetika songs, will also present songs from their first album entitled “People of the street”! Their enthusiastic audience has already loved the popular “Katafertzou” and the touching “Adami”!

With them an excellent trio of young musicians consisting of Ersis Meitanidou on flute and vocals, Eleni Fourlanou on violin and canon and Manos Vlacho on double bass! The sound is edited by Tasos Malliouras. The concert is opened by Thanos Milas.
