Who has never seen a Norman Thavaud video? The videographer is one of the best known on French Youtube, and a whole generation of Internet users grew up with his humorous sketches. Followed by some 11.5 million people on the site, he parodies everyday life as much as he invents game concepts or posts vlogs of his travels. In January 2022, a preliminary investigation is opened by the Paris Prosecutor’s Office against the young man. Indeed, the latter is the target of various complaints, some of which date from the #BalanceTonYouTubeur movement, in 2018, and accuse him of sexual harassment. Others emerge in 2020 and 2022, ranging from corruption of minors to rape. In October 2023, the court closed the investigation: the young man, this summer, posted a long video on YouTube to denounce an injustice against him, which he ended by claiming not to know if he was ready to produce new content…
Norman is back on Youtube with a humorous video
While a few months ago, Norman Thavaud explained that he would probably not return to Youtubeno longer having “the desire nor the strength”, he is back with a humorous video shot with his wife, the Basque influencer Martha Gambet. In fact, he got married to his partner last month, an event that he shared with his subscribers in a video posted on his channel, demonetized in 2022. Norman is back with the type of content that made him famous: a fun video about snoring, which he fights against with different unexpected objects or previously unreleased in a short format lasting approximately seven minutes.
