Spanish fashion retailer Zara unveils its highly anticipated collection with Kate Moss, designed by the supermodel with her frequent collaborator and stylist Katy England. The collection launches on November 30.
The debut ‘Kate Moss for Zara’ capsule collection features fashion inspired by the supermodel’s wardrobe, including her love of leopard print, tailoring and vintage tea dresses from the 1930s.
The collection is described by Zara as “versatile, wearable and suitable for multiple generations”. The capsule captures Moss’ style and eye for fashion in a contemporary collection of classic party pieces, including dresses, jackets, shoes and accessories, drawing inspiration from 1970s Charlotte Rampling and Lauren Hutton, Studio 54 and Led Zeppelin.
Highlights include sequin mini dresses, flared trousers, jeweled bras, white fitted satin blazers, bohemian chiffon blouses, laser-cut dresses in cream and black, lace bras and floral print bias-cut dresses. In addition to the clothing, there is a collection of shoes and accessories, including leopard ballerinas, statement red heels and ankle boots with lace-up heel, as well as bags, jewelry and a silk scarf.
To launch the collection, Moss collaborated with her favorite photographers, Mert Alas and Marcus Piggott, on the campaign.
Kate Moss for Zara launches on November 30 in select stores worldwide and on zara.com.
