In the case of the director of an educational institution in Budva, there are no elements of a criminal offense for which prosecution is undertaken ex officio, the Ministry of Education, Science and Innovation (MPNI) announced.
From that government department, they said that, regarding the letter to the Supreme State Prosecutor’s Office (VDT) regarding the case of the director of an educational institution in Budva, they received a reply that a detailed statement from the Basic State Prosecutor’s Office (ODT) in Kotor had been obtained.
“According to the VDT, it was established that the prosecution acted in accordance with the legal powers, respecting the provisions of the Criminal Code and the Code of Criminal Procedure, and that there are no elements of a criminal offense for which prosecution is undertaken ex officio, which they informed the Administration Police – Budva Security Department,” says the MPNI press release.
