There are no roads, pharmacies and schools: residents of an abandoned village in the Leningrad region complained to Bastrykin

The Investigative Committee began an investigation.

In the Gatchina municipal district of the Leningrad region there is a small village of Sabra – few people knew about it before, but now, probably, not only will they start talking about the settlement, but it may even be improved.

In the meantime, there are no roads or infrastructure in the village, local residents complain, writes “Evening Petersburg” with reference to the press service of the Investigative Committee of Russia.

People reported that there are no educational or medical institutions in the village, no store or pharmacy, no public transport and no roads, especially in rainy weather – the only dirt path is washed away, and residents have to walk a long distance along the forest on an unconsecrated road.

According to residents of the settlement, land plots in the village are provided to large families, and many minors live there.

The Investigative Committee began an inspection, and the head of the committee, Alexander Bastrykin, instructed the regional department to report on the results of the inspection.
