”The land border is closed, flights have been suspended and airspace closed. “There is a situation of maximum alert and Chavismo is celebrating in the streets,” says the journalist and confirms that “There is a lot of fear in the population.”
He claims that there is a great deployment of authorities: ”There is a strong police, military, and intelligence presence. There are sectors with hooded men, dressed in black and armed, especially towards the center of Caracas, which is where the headquarters is located.”
