DAPURPACUID – PT Toyota-Astra Motor (TAM) displays the Hilux Rangga Towing Car along with the New Fortuner 2.8 GR Sport 4×4 with Toyota Customization Option (TCO) and the All New Agya Race Car, at the Indonesia Modification Expo (IMX) 2024 event in Hall 9 ICE BSD City, Tangerang, Friday-Sunday (4-6/10).

With the theme Road to the World, Toyota is bringing 3 line-ups to the 2024 IMX modification and aftermarket exhibition held by the NMAA (National Modifier and Aftermarket Association). Hilux Rangga Towing Car, New Fortuner 2.8 GR Sport 4×4, and All New Agya Race Car.
Hilux Rangga Towing Car First Appearance
Specially at the IMX 2024 event, PT TAM is displaying the Hilux Rangga Towing Car as a conversion work by a Toyota partner body builder. The Hilux Rangga conversion design was created to suit the needs of hobbyists who want to carry ‘play’ equipment such as motorbikes easily, safely and comfortably, but still stylish on the road.
Conversion into various functions is one of the unique selling points of the Hilux Rangga. Whatever customer needs, they can be met well, such as for business activities, social and government services, and lifestyle. Toyota collaborates with local body builders who are innovative and experienced, so they can create conversions with high utility and meet the needs of their owners.
Ease of conversion into various types of multi-purpose commercial cars, creating new business opportunities for body builders and value chain networks. This positive thing is in line with Toyota’s mission to contribute more to community business mobility and drive the country’s economy.
New Fortuner 2.8 GR Sport 4×4 with TCO
The New Fortuner 2.8 GR Sport 4×4, which was just launched last month, is also present at the IMX 2024 event. Carrying the GAZOO Racing concept which has a sporty and elegant feel, this Medium SUV represents a passenger vehicle that has been customized by Toyota itself with embedded accessories called Toyota Customization Option (TCO).
TCO on the New Fortuner is available to improve aesthetics and features, both for the exterior and interior, such as New Door Handle & Housing Protector, Mirror Cover, Air Purifier, Spare Tire Cover, Premium Horn, and Cargo Net. TCO can be purchased individually for each part or in a bundling package. There are 6 types of packages with prices starting from IDR 2-9 million and have an official Toyota guarantee.
The Monotube Suspension Tuned by GR application strengthens the control of the New Fortuner so that it doesn’t sway easily. These performance parts also upgrade comfort on both on-road and off-road terrain. Confirming the positioning of the GR Family, the Red Brake Caliper provides stronger and more convincing braking power.
All New Agya Race Car
Collaboration at the IMX 2024 event is not only carried out with body builders. GR Garage played a role in changing the appearance and performance of the All New Agya so that it can be competitive on the circuit. The result is a racing car that is ready to compete on a circuit following the rules of the Indonesian Touring Car Championship (ITCR) 1,200.
GR Garage plays a role in overhauling and providing GR competition parts. Previously, GR Garage engineers completely dismantled this Sporty Hatchback and then installed racing components such as a shock absorber, racing rims, bucket seat, steering wheel, 6-points harness, aero cover, and disc brakes along with a brake lining kit.
GR Garage also installed racing components from third parties in the form of exhaust parts, roll bars, data loggers, engine cut offs, oil coolers, air filters, light fire extinguishers and new GR livery all over the body to thicken the racing look. GR Garage engineers remap the ECU on the engine which has received a touch of modification so that its performance is more thrilling.

Gacha Machines with the GR-Verse anime, gives visitors the opportunity to answer quizzes with GR merchandise prizes. IMX 2024 visitors can also buy GR merchandise and GR parts, to increase the sporty impression and increase the performance of their daily car.
