The maintenance also affects the store systems, so stores that are normally open until 9 p.m. will exceptionally close at 8 p.m. Although the 1414 residential and 1400 telephone customer service reserved for business customers will work, certain functions will only be available to a limited extent, and the waiting time may be longer than usual.

The specific services will not be affected by the technical maintenance, so everyone will be able to make calls, surf the Internet, use mobile internet and watch TV as usual, according to their subscription.

The company automatically provides unlimited domestic mobile internet for all residential and business customers during the outage. However, if someone is abroad, they will not be able to activate the network extension while roaming.
