The Ministry of Sports of Tatarstan commented on the information about the demolition of the Vodnik stadium for the construction of the figure skating school of Olympic champion Alina Zagitova.
“The stadium is abandoned, there is nothing there, just a field with grass, no structures,” the press service reports. RIA Novosti.
The facility will be located on Portovaya Street in Kazan. Area: 15,290 sq. m.
The Minister of Sports of Tatarstan stated that the project has already been formed and an investor for Zagitova’s school will be found by the end of 2024.
Earlier, Tatarstan Sports Minister Leonov jokingly proposed his son as a groom for Zagitova.
