The stable release of Android 15 is fast approaching, so many Samsung Galaxy device owners are wondering which of their models will benefit from this new version.
The South Korean company has yet to release an official list.
However, it is more than possible that all the phones mentioned in the following lines will receive the stable version.
Galaxy S series
At the top of the list is undoubtedly the Galaxy S series. The new S24 range enjoys seven years of software updates, which means it will definitely get Android 15.
The S23, S22 and S21 series, including the FE (Fan Edition) variants, are also safe candidates for the upgrade, benefiting from the promise of four years of major updates.
Galaxy Z Series
The upcoming Z Fold 6 and Z Flip 6 models will enter the category of those who will receive seven years of support.
Current and previous models up to the Z Fold 3 and Z Flip 3 will receive the new version as part of the four-year promise of major updates.
Galaxy A series
In the midrange segment, several Galaxy A series models will receive Android 15:

Tablet enthusiasts are not left out.
The Galaxy Tab S9 and S8 series, including the FE variants, are ready for Android 15. So will the Tab S6 Lite (2024).
In addition, the following newer models from the Tab A and Tab Active series will also benefit from the update: A9, A9+ and Active 5.

When will it be available
It’s important to note that while Pixel devices will receive Android 15 on launch day, Samsung users will have to wait a bit longer.
This is common practice as the company adapts the new version of Android to its custom One UI interface, which will likely reach version 7 with Android 15.
