This situation was caused by delays in processing files and issuing decisions to recalculate pensions.

“We estimate that by the end of November, all outstanding decisions will be resolved, which means that the affected pensioners will receive two or even more pensions in December,” stated the Pension House.

Months of delays and pensioners’ dissatisfaction

Many of these delays were reported by disgruntled pensioners who expressed their frustration at the lack of payments.
