Ingredients:
- 250 ml of milk
- 25 spoons of sugar
- 3 cubes of cooking chocolate
- 9 spoons of semolina
- 250 g margarine
- 1 package of wafers
Preparation:
In order to make these small cakes, first boil milk with sugar and chocolate, and when everything has melted, add semolina and cook until it thickens. Add chopped margarine to the hot mixture and mix well.
Leave the mixture to cool, but to remain lukewarm. Divide it into 4 equal parts and fill the wafers. Press well by placing something heavy on the cake and let it sit until the next day.
After that, cut into rectangles and serve. Cakes may last longer.
