A large Spanish company can enter the valued and hard-to-enter Scandinavian market, this is very attractive to them and gave them a reason to rate us higher, said Urmas Hiie, Chairman of the Board of ETS Nord.

This week it was announced that the large Spanish company Soler & Palau bought a fifth of the Estonian ventilation solutions manufacturer ETS Nord, and in the coming years the global player plans to become the majority shareholder of ETS Nord.

Hiie said that their advantage now is that they can better access larger markets with the help of the Spanish company.
