They taste amazing and are made in no time

Peppers in sour cream are a favorite salad or side dish, but they are not popular and represented in many kitchens for no reason.

Ingredients:

  • 2.5 kg of paprika
  • 1 kg of sour cream
  • salt to taste

Preparation:

Wash the peppers well, clean the seeds and dry them.
Pour a little salt into each pepper and spread it on the inner walls, then arrange them in a large bowl with the opening facing upwards. Let them stand overnight.
In the morning, turn them over to drain the liquid, for about an hour.
In the meantime, mix the sour cream with about three spoons of salt, then stuff each pepper with it. Then spread cream on the outside and arrange them next to each other in a bowl.
Spread one layer of sour cream, then arrange a new row of peppers on top and so on until you use up the material, and the last layer should be sour cream.
Put in the fridge and serve after a few days, ideally after a week.
