They’re trying to fool you. Apple’s CEO didn’t say that

For several days now, the Internet has been buzzing with information that Tim Cook prefers the Logitech mouse to the Apple one. The problem is… he never said it.

Tim Cook is undoubtedly a good accountant and shows Apple how to spread its wings and make money. However, when compared to Steve Jobs, he undoubtedly lacks charisma. Moreover, one of the company’s founders was also a phenomenal speaker – and here Tim Cook is no match for him.

We can read on various websites that Tim Cook prefers the Logitech MX Master 3 mouse to the Apple Magic Mouse. Lies and nonsense – he never said that, and by following the thread you can find out where these reports came from.

Tim Cook didn’t say he preferred MX Master 3 over Magic Mouse. This is one big misunderstanding

A few weeks ago, an interview with Tim Cook was published in The Wall Street Journal, in which the president of Apple admitted that he uses all Apple products on a daily basis. A moment later, The Verge’s editor, Wes Davis, replaced all his devices and accessories with those from Apple for one day. In the summary entry, he mentioned that he mainly used a Logitech mouse – sometimes switching to Magic Mouse and Magic Trackpad. A moment later, The Mac Observer published an entry in which the facts were confused and Wes’s words were mistaken for Tim Cook’s interview – and then everything went viral, claiming that the Apple president was switching between MX Master 3 and Magic Mouse. It doesn’t take much for such controversial words to spread on the Internet – and yet no one verifies it.

Another thing is that the MX Master 3 is, in my opinion, a much more comfortable mouse — and much easier to charge ;-).
