DAPURPACUID – AION Indonesia held an activity entitled ‘AION DRIVEperience’ which took place at the AION showroom at QBIG BSD City, South Tangerang, last Saturday (14/9).

In this event, consumers, prospective customers and also the automotive community were given the opportunity to try two of its leading models, namely the AION Y Plus and AION ES.

At the same time, all participants were also given the opportunity to try the Hyptec HT for the first time, in the QBIG BSD parking area and a special route around Jalan BSD Raya Utama and BSD Boulevard Utara.

A total of 12 units were provided for participants to try out throughout the day-long activity, with various test areas to ensure the superiority of the AION lineup.

AION Indonesia CEO, Andry Ciu said, holding this activity is a form of the company’s commitment to be closer to consumers. Including further strengthening its presence in the electric vehicle market in Indonesia.

For information, the AION Y Plus comes in two options, namely the Exclusive type with a 50.66 kWh battery with a range of 410 km and the Premium is equipped with a 63.2 kWh battery with a range of 490 km.

This car uses a Lithium Iron Phosphate (LFP) type battery that already carries Magazine Battery 2.0 technology, so the battery is safer to use.

Regarding the price, the Exclusive variant is sold for 415 million, while the Premium type is priced at IDR 475 million with on the road (OTR) Jakarta status.

Meanwhile, the AION ES comes with a battery capacity of 55.2 kWh, which is capable of traveling a distance of 442 km. The sedan, which is priced at IDR 386 million, has 135 Hp and 225 Nm of torque.

Then for Hyptec HT is equipped with a battery with a capacity of 83 kWh with a cruising range of up to 60 km. Its performance is supported by 335 hp and 333 Nm of torque, which can penetrate speeds of 0-100 km / h in 5.8 seconds.
