This is how the new Bugatti Tourbillon V16 “sounds”.

The Bugatti TourbillonIt will arrive in 2026, will be produced in 250 examples and will cost at least 3.8 million euros. Optional and inevitable customizations excluded. A decidedly heavy check to write off to add one of the craziest hypercars ever to your collection.

To push the new one Bugatti it’s a 8.3 V16 combined with three electric motors for a total of 1,800 HP. A monstrous power, which is accompanied by an excellent soundtrack.

The first “words” of the V16

The audio of spy videos that we show you is certainly not perfect, but it is more than enough to hear the notes emitted by the exhausts of the Tourbillon. A dark and evil sound right from low revs, demonstrating that the French hypercar may have become hybrid, but has no intention of stopping exciting enthusiasts.

The video comes directly from the test track near the Rimac factory in Zagrebwhere Bugatti is engaged in some tests. Still disguised, the new hypercar is likely Bugatti’s seventh experimental prototype, judging by the “XP7“. Even at low revs, the 8.3-liter engine sounds excellent, so it should be a joy to listen to at full throttle, i.e. 9,500 rpm.

Experimental phase

The Bugatti Tourbillion entered the last phase of its development shortly after its world premiere in mid-2024. It has a busy schedule, as customer deliveries will not begin until 2026. As mentioned, only 250 cars will be produced , once Bugatti has finished production of the Mistral and Bolide, its latest W16 models.

CEO Mate Rimac recently hinted that the new hypercar could aim for the magical goal of 500 km/h. We don’t know if this figure will be reached already with the “base” model or – as in the case of the Chiron – with future very high performance versions, perhaps in an even more limited edition.
