In iOS 18 you can hide any app you have downloaded so that it does not appear on the home screenalthough you can continue using it without problems. The apps you hide will be saved in a folder in the App Library, which is protected by Face ID and does not show the content inside. So no one can know if there are 3 applications inside or none.

In addition to this, You can also simply protect an app with Face ID. So that no one can enter it without your identification. So they are actually two tricks in one: you can hide the apps so that no one sees them or protect them with Face ID so that only you can access them.
