Ingredients:

For the raspberry filling:

250 g raspberry.
50 ml of water.
50 g of sugar.
30 g of corn starch

For white thread:

100 g thin ricotta
80 g of condensed milk
120 ml of whipped cream
juice of 2 oranges
400 g of old cocoa

For the glaze:

50 g of peanuts
150 g of chocolate

Preparation:

Put raspberries in a bowl, cover with water, add sugar and mash with a spatula. Mix everything well, then add cornstarch and combine the ingredients again. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until it thickens. Pour the mixture into a container and cover it with transparent foil, then leave it to cool.

Put the ricotta cheese and condensed milk in another bowl, mix and knead until combined. Add the whipped cream, then beat with a mixer on medium speed until you get the texture of whipped cream. Pour the filling into a freezer bag.

Squeeze 2 oranges, then start dipping the biscuits. Arrange a third on the larger tray in the shape of a circle (if the biscuit is a rectangle shape, cut the edges so that you end up with a circle on the tray). Place the movable rim of the tray around it, and with the help of a freezer bag, spread half of the white filling. Flatten and arrange the second layer of biscuits. With the help of a freezer bag, spread the raspberry filling, level, then arrange the biscuit. Finish by applying the other half of the white filling. Flatten the top part, then put it in the fridge for at least 1 hour.

Fry the peanuts in a pan without oil, then blend. Melt the chocolate in steam, then mix with the peanuts. Remove the movable rim around the cake, then apply the glaze.
