You can do this on any day off from work, and it’s guaranteed to refresh you.
- Stand in a comfortable position with your feet about hip-width apart. Let your body relax and close your eyes.
- Bounce a little first to the front, then to the back, and then to one side and the other. Find a comfortable position in the middle. Breathe calmly.
- Start calmly and very slowly rolling and bending the body forward and down. I give the movement at least a minute.
- When you feel a slight stretch at the end, slowly come up vertebra by vertebra to a standing position.
- Enjoy the moment and continue work with a refreshed mind and a rested body.
