After the A3 and the S3, tomorrow Audi will present the updated version of the RS3, photos of which have been leaked. The model continues to be offered in Sportback and sedan versions and wears the 2.5-liter TFSI turbo gasoline engine that produces 400 horses with 500 Nm of torque.
It has the Torque Splitter system, a torque distributor that works with the dynamic plus program and distributes the drive torque between the rear wheels in a fully variable manner.
Unlike the rear axle differential and previous multi-plate clutch package, the torque converter uses an electronically controlled multi-plate clutch on each driveshaft.
Externally, the renewed RS3 has a new grille, redesigned LED or Matrix LED lighting bodies, new bumpers, front spoiler, diffuser and inside we find a 12.3″ digital instrument panel, a 10.1″ touchscreen, a new gear selector, new linings and a hidden lighting.
