Smart rings are becoming popular wearable electronics. But they usually look inconspicuous and dim. If you suffer from luxury and would like something first-class, now you will finally have the chance. Start-up Ultrahuman namely at this year’s fair CES presented a trio of smart rings made of first-class materials.
This is a collection called Ultrahuman Rarewhich contains 3 different smart rings. The first is made of 95% platinum (pt950)the rest are coated 18 carat gold – one pink, the other classic. It is thus not only a smart, but above all a luxurious accessory.
Solid battery and sensors
The ring is said to last up to one charge 6 days and offers a large number of health and fitness functions. For example, it measures skin temperature, stress level, sleep, pulse or heart rate variability.
If you download the Ultrahuman mobile applicationyou will have a perfect overview of your health at once. And in addition to statistics and analysis, it will also offer you various recommendations for improvement.
The rings were introduced 8 mm wide and 2.45 mm thick. And with them, the company targets not only wealthy customers, but also the wedding segment of the market (they can easily become wedding rings).
But their price is very high. It should move between 1,500 to 1,800 British pounds (about 45 to 54,000 CZK), while the platinum version is to be sold for 2 200 liber (but 66,000 CZK). However, it is a price without tax and other local fees, so the final price may be several thousand crowns higher.
For the start-up Ultrahuman, this is an incredible success in the field of wearable electronics. Two years ago on the platform Kickstarter applied for financial assistance to produce his Ultrahuman Ring (and succeeded). Today, it is already one of the major players in the smart ring market.
