Daugavpils Local Government invites residents to participate in the work of the housing commission. All interested parties can send their applications until August 8. Applications sent after this date will not be considered.
The main duties of a committee member include:
1. make decisions:
— on co-financing by local government of measures to improve energy efficiency in multi-apartment residential buildings;
— on co-financing by local government of the improvement of land plots allocated for residential buildings;
— on co-financing by local government of the repair of multi-apartment residential buildings;
— on assistance from local government in resolving housing issues;
— on the determination, extension and termination of the status of a social apartment owned or managed by a local government, the conclusion, extension and termination of a social apartment lease agreement;
2. regularly attend commission meetings.
Documents that must be attached to the application:
– CV
– copies of educational documents;
– a copy of the document on knowledge of the state language C1 (except for persons who received education in Latvian).
Remuneration will be calculated based on the tariff rate of 6.8111 euros per hour.
Applications must be sent by post with the addressee indicated as Daugavpils valstspilsētas pašvaldība, K.Valdemāra iela 1, Daugavpils, LV-5401, or brought in person in a sealed envelope to the Municipality Information Office during working hours; the envelope must be marked “Daugavpils pašvaldības centrālā pārvalde” Mājokļu komisijas locekļa amatam”, as well as the applicant’s name, surname, address and telephone number. Documents signed with a secure electronic signature can be sent to the municipality by e-mail: info@daugavpils.lv.
