Those who use Bing instead of Google can win HUF 375 million –

Microsoft is doing everything it can to catch up with its own search engine.

Although Bing was one of the first to receive artificial intelligence-based functions, Microsoft’s search engine was still unable to significantly reduce its huge disadvantage against its biggest competitor, Google. The people of Redmond now want to change this, in the context of an unusual prize draw.

The tech giant is rewarding one lucky user who uses Bing with $1 million, or approximately HUF 375 million. All you need to participate is a Microsoft account, sign in, enter some information, and use Bing instead of Google’s solution.

The prize game also has an invitation system, so the chances can be further increased if we bring five friends, but we can also gain an advantage by turning on Windows backup, for example. In addition to the grand prize, Microsoft will also announce 10 additional winners – each of them will receive 10,000 dollars, i.e. approximately HUF 3.75 million.

It’s important to note that the prize draw is only available in a few selected countries, such as the United States, Germany and France – Hungary is unfortunately left out of the party for now.

A Statcounter according to October data, Bing is second in the search market with a market share of 4.15 percent, while Google can hold an 89.33 percent slice of the pie.
