Three people suffered minor injuries this Tuesday afternoon following a serious collision involving three cars in Oliveira do Bairro. Only two of the victims were taken to hospital. The third injured person was treated at the scene.
The alert was given, at around 5:30 pm, to the Oliveira do Bairro firefighters, regarding a road accident, on the main road, in Murta. A pre-hospital emergency team from the Red Cross of Águeda was also mobilized to the scene.
The GNR of Oliveira do Bairro was called and is investigating the causes of the accident. During the rescue operations for the victims, the road was temporarily closed.
