Three players OUT from Rapid after the new transfers: “We will clear the area”

Viorel Moldovan announced that the move of Jayson Papeau in Qatar is imminent, but Răzvan Oaidă will also leave the team in the coming days. As for Omar El Sawy, the young midfielder will go on loan to Sepsi OSK.

We have a lot in the midfield and they will leave. At least two will leave to clear the seats. There is no question of leaving the players who came this summer. Papeau is like gone to Qatar in League 2. He is leaving for good. El Sawy will be loaned to Sepsi, he spent a season without playing and it is important for him to have minutes”, announced Viorel Moldovan, at Digisport.

Jayson Papeau signed with Rapid in 2022 from Warta Poznan, in exchange for 200 thousand euros. He made 66 appearances in the cherry shirt and scored seven times.

Răzvan Oaidă came free of contract last summer from rival FCSB and played an important role in midfield, making 44 appearances for the Giulești group.

Omar El Sawy is a young midfielder of only 20 years, transferred last summer from Csikszereda, in exchange for the sum of 400,000 euros. He only managed to make 10 appearances for Rapid and will be loaned to Sepsi OSK where he will have the chance to get more minutes in the Superliga.
