Ambitious goals and ethical application of AI
The goal is to increase the sale of services related to artificial intelligence 10 times by the end of 2028. By the end of 2024, AI services should make up 12% of the company’s total portfolio, while that percentage will grow to 50% in the next four years.
“Our vision for 2028 includes a strong commitment to the ethical application of artificial intelligence. Any AI implementation must be accountable, transparent and fair, to ensure long-term sustainability and value for our customers,” added Ognjenović.
The company will focus on optimizing technology blocks through automation and AI, providing greater value across the entire business chain.
Leadership through innovation and employee training
In order to consolidate its leadership position, Devoteam announced that all employees, including the team in Serbia, will be trained in the field of generative artificial intelligence (GenAI), as part of the AMPLIFY plan. The company plans to ensure the certification of all its 11,000 employees by the end of 2028.

For the European hotel chain Strawberry, the teams implemented an assistant for 20,000 employees in 2024, for the first time using Gemini Pro agents with function calls in the Langchain framework.
