The manufacturer’s novelty can pump out a maximum of 140 watts, and we can connect up to three 4K monitors to our machine with it.

The aluminum housing, powered by a 180-watt adapter, became available for pre-order in OWC’s range for $190 (net) Thunderbolt 5 Hubwith a 1.5-amp USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-A and a 15-watt Thunderbolt 5 port on the front, and two 15-watt and one 140-watt (host) Thunderbolt 5 connectors on the back.
Each member of the trio of rear ports can chain in the palm of their hand, and 80 Gbps bandwidth is available for data and 120 Gbps for the video signal. The completely passively cooled construction is of course backwards compatible with Thunderbolt 4, Thunderbolt 3 (only with Mac), USB4 Type-C, and simple USB Type-C interfaces, and is connected to our machine with an 80 cm cable. Your keyboard can drive up to three displays, and the following resolutions and refresh rates are supported:
- 3 x 8K@60 Hz
- 2 x 8K@120 Hz
- 3 x 4K@144 Hz
