DAPURPACUID – PT Mitsubishi Motors Krama Yudha Sales Indonesia (MMKSI) presents a unit maintenance program entitled ‘Kilau Merdeka Campaign’, for the period 1 – 31 August 2024.
The after-sales service program aims to ensure that consumers always maintain the performance of their Mitsubishi vehicles to remain safe and comfortable when used for activities.
Not only that, MMKSI also started a series of ‘Servis Merdeka Campaign’ programs, which will run during the period 1 August – 30 September 2024.
It was stated that both programs can be utilized by consumers at all authorized Mitsubishi Motors workshops and Body & Paint facilities in Indonesia.
In its official broadcast, MMKSI said that the presence of this program can be selected and utilized by consumers to support and facilitate vehicle maintenance.
This best standard service includes engine maintenance, braking systems, vehicle body repair and painting, and other vehicle maintenance.
The ‘Service Merdeka Campaign’ program applies to all customers’ Mitsubishi passenger vehicles and light commercial vehicles. There are two packages available.
The two packages offered are Engine Treatment and Safety Package, where each is given a discount of 8 percent.
For both packages, consumers are given spare part products including engine oil, oil filter, air cleaner element, brake pad/brake shoe and super brake cleaner.
There is also a 17 percent discount for every purchase of chemical products (partial) consisting of evaporator cleaner, and antibacterial air fresher.
Kilau Merdeka Campaign
Meanwhile, for the ‘Kilau Merdeka Campaign’ program, MMKSI offers vehicle body maintenance and repair services through the Mitsubishi Bodi & Cat facility.
The program consists of a 1-time insurance claim fee allowance worth IDR 300,000, specifically for red or white vehicles.
For consumers who do not have insurance, they are still given a 17 percent discount on purchasing spare parts for Red or White units, and 8 percent for other colors.
In addition, consumers are also entitled to a 50 percent discount E-commerce voucher, or up to IDR 200,000 with a minimum replacement of spare parts for a nominal amount of IDR 2 million. (dpid/TH)
