Pickled cabbage recipe with smoked chives
Ingredients:
a sauerkraut
400 grams of smoked cilantro
a spoonful of tomato paste
a bay leaf
thyme
piper
paprika
vegetables (optional)
a spoonful of lard
a cup of vegetable stock (water)
a bunch of dill
Method of preparation:
After leaving the cabbage to desalt for 3 hours in cold water, heat the lard in a pot and then add the chopped chives. Leave it until it browns slightly and then add the finely chopped cabbage, sauteing together.
When the juice left by the cabbage decreases, add half of the cup of soup, the bay leaf and the rest of the spices. According to culinar.ro, let it boil for a few minutes and then transfer the cabbage to a tray that is placed in the oven.

Bean Soup Recipe
Ingredients:
500 grams of kidney beans
150 grams of onion
200 grams of carrot
100 grams of celery root
3 fresh tomatoes
2 tablespoons of tomato broth
100 grams of oil
5 grams of lemon salt
2 – 3 stalks of celery
a pinch of beef broth concentrate
2 green larch links
a bunch of green parsley
salt to taste
pepper to taste
Method of preparation
Beans are picked from impurities, washed and left in cold water the night before for about 12 hours. Afterwards, they are boiled in water, and after 15 minutes of boiling, the water is removed, replacing it with another boiled water to continue boiling.
According to culinar.ro, the next step is to clean, wash and finely cut the carrots, onions, parsley, chives, celery root and stem, but also the tomatoes into quarters of thicker slices.
While the beans are boiling, fry the onion, celery and carrots in oil, then add the tomatoes. When the beans are half cooked, add the seasoning, soup powder, salt and pepper.
At the end, add a bunch of lemongrass and green parsley and cook together for another 2 or 3 minutes. Depending on your preferences, you can also add 2 tablespoons of tomato broth, lemon salt or other ingredients of your choice.
Pumpkin Pie Recipe
ingredients
2 packages of pie sheets
100 ml of oil or melted butter, for greasing the sheets
2 kg of grated pumpkin
200 grams of sugar
2 tablespoons of oil
cinnamon
powdered sugar
Method of preparation
The pumpkin is cut into large slices, then the slices are cleaned of skin and seeds and put on a large grater.
Heat a pan with two spoons of oil and caramelize 2-3 spoons of the grated pumpkin in it. Mix well until the pumpkin puree releases its flavor well, then add the pumpkin puree and sugar. Stir the pumpkin puree over the heat until it reduces by half and becomes thick. Leave to cool, then divide into five approximately equal parts. You can even use pumpkin baked in the oven, if time allows us to wait.
When the pumpkin puree is cold and the pie sheets are thawed, turn on the oven at 180 degrees Celsius.
We group the pie sheets into five groups of four sheets each. Place the first sheet of pie on the baking sheet and grease it with a little oil. Place the second sheet over it, grease it with oil and sprinkle with cinnamon. Next is the third sheet of oiled pie, and we spread the pumpkin puree over the fourth sheet. We roll the pie sheets with the pumpkin inside and tightly tighten the roll at the ends. We proceed in the same way with the rest of the pie sheets and we will get five rolls that we place in the oven tray lined with baking paper.
Bake the pumpkin pie for 35-40 minutes at 180 degrees, or until it is well browned on the surface. We let it temper well, we decorate it with powdered sugar and we can portion it nicely, note a1.ro.
