To better attract customers outside France, Adhex Technologies only produces to measure

For over fifty years, Adhex Technologies, the world leader in adhesives, has worked with customers around the world. Today, 60% of its turnover is based on them.

“We offer products that we develop for them. There is no catalog.”says Roland de La Brosse, the company’s president. The industrialist relies on its R&D to develop a technology, present it and adapt it to its customers, according to their sector of activity.

Thus, Adhex Technologies (120 million euros in turnover expected in 2024 with 560 employees) has transposed an insulating membrane and its glue, from the automotive to the medical, then to the construction. Around twenty sales representatives, based in Chenôve, in the southern suburbs of Dijon (Côte-d’Or), travel the world to listen to the needs of manufacturers. “As soon as we want to develop a product, we need very advanced characterization to meet the requirements of professionals and regulations. Not everyone has the means to do this.”notes Roland de La Brosse.
