How to prepare tofu-chocolate ice cream?

Ingredients
- 500 g silken tofu
- 1/4 l of natural soy milk
- 100 g of organic dark chocolate, coarsely crushed
- 150 g organic milk chocolate
Preparation of tofu-chocolate ice cream
- Pour the soy milk into a saucepan and bring to a boil. melt the chocolate with milk.
- Do soak the tofu 2 min in hot water. Then, immerse it for 2 min also in cold water, then drain.
- Blend the tofu with the chocolate milk until the mixture is perfectly smooth, thick and creamy.
- Add milk if necessary.
- Pour the mixture into a mold made of metal.
- Incorporate the nuggets of chocolate.
- Cover and place in the freezer.
- When the ice cream starts to set, stir it once.
- Then put it back in the cold and leave freeze.
- Stir three more times then let set completely.
