Housing investor Toivo Group has signed a project contract for a regional construction project worth about 20 million euros in Suurpelto, Espoo.
According to preliminary plans, 63 terraced apartments are to be built in the area. According to the preliminary schedule, construction will begin in the first half of 2025 and the site will be completed at the end of 2026.
“We are excited that we can implement the project in a very ecological way. Our purpose is to realize the buildings as wooden structures, in which case the construction binds more carbon compared to concrete construction. In addition, species and motifs that support biodiversity are used in the plants in the yard”, Toivo Group’s business director Urho Myllymäki.
