Real estate investor Toivo Group sold three residential apartment buildings for approximately EUR 35 million Sirius Capital Partnersille.
According to Toivo, the deal is estimated to have no significant impact on the company’s 2024 operating profit forecasts.
Since 2015, Toivo has developed, built and owned rental apartments in the capital region, Turku and Tampere.
In connection with last year’s financial statements, the company announced a change in strategy, the aim of which is to release capital from ready-made sites for the construction and development of new sites.
The apartment buildings sold were completed in 2021-2023 and are located in Kirkkonummi and Järvenpää. They had a total of 240 apartments.
“The cooperation with Sirius Capital Partners during the transaction process has been excellent and we hope that we will be able to deepen the cooperation with the buyer in the future”, Toivo’s CEO Markus Myllymäki commented in the announcement.
