Toyota from Novi Sad, the tenth best seller of the Japanese manufacturer
Ichiban means “number one” in Japanese. It is also the name given to a prestigious award given annually by Toyota Motor Europe (TME) to retailers who excel in providing exceptional value to customers.
GOTA CAR reached the 10th Ichibana through constant investment and commitment to improving the quality of the services it provides. Sanja Blečić, director of TOYOTA GOTA CAR, underlined with great pride the importance of the received award and emphasized:
“The tenth Ichiban is a seal of sorts for everything we’ve done since we became part of the Toyota family in Serbia and the region. It is a huge honor to be among the 46 best in the competition of about 2500 European dealers and to be “number one” together with them in such an exceptional network. And what can we say about the fact that we have repeated that success ten times, except that we are very proud and that we will continue to persistently raise the level of quality and create an environment that will provide our clients with an even higher level of service and satisfaction. The very location of this year’s award and the Olympic spirit oblige us not to be satisfied with the recognition we received and to continue with the further development and improvement of our business”.
