Tragedy in Katerini: 44-year-old man fell from the 4th floor of an apartment building and was killed – He had gone up for work

As the report states, the 44-year-old had to go up to the 4th floor of the apartment building to do some work. For an unknown reason at the moment, the man fell from the back side of the floor into the open space, resulting in a tragic death.

It is noted that initially it was not easy to access the uncovered area to remove the body of the unfortunate man, as the door was locked and they were waiting for the keys to open it.

The area was cordoned off by the police, while vehicular traffic was stopped on the road facing the entrance to the apartment building.

An EKAB ambulance, patrol cars and a vehicle from the Katerini fire department rushed to the scene.
